Marie is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING (TM) professional offering the depth of both experience and education. Ms. DeCaprio began her career at Prudential Insurance in the Investments division where she was a fixed income mutual fund portfolio manager for nine years. She then moved to the Citibank Private Bank where she managed portfolios for high net worth clients. Since 2003, Marie has operated MCD Advisors in the capacity of financial planner.
Marie earned an MBA in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Marie graduated with a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
Marie currently lives in Westchester, NY with her husband and two children. She previously lived in New Jersey for 15 years and grew up in the Bronx, NY. Marie is Chairperson of the Financial Planning Association-Greater Hudson Valley Chapter.
